Our Returns Policy
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly check your items before cutting or processing in any way as any items that are cut or processed will be deemed accepted by the customer and cannot be returned.
Distance selling regulations state that online customers have a right to cancel and must receive a 14 day cooling off period from the day the product(s) are delivered, our policy is in line with these regulations.
If you decide you do no longer want an item you must inform us within 14 days of receipt (please use the contact us page) you must then return the item within 14 days of informing us of your intent to return.
Any return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty in which case we will cover the return costs.
Please make sure that you enclose in your return, a note of your name, address, purchase date and order number.
Please ensure that any product packaging is returned and that the product is adequately re-packaged to avoid damage. We retain the right to charge for lost value if an item is not re-packaged properly.
We also recommend that proof of postage is obtained when returning goods.
Please note if you paid standard delivery when you bought the item this will be refunded. If you paid for a more expensive delivery option then delivery will only be refunded at the standard delivery rate.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return subject to the above, but will usually be made much quicker.
Complaints - Should you be unhappy in any way with any aspect of the service or products you receive from us then please contact us and we will do everything reasonable to resolve any issues.
